Collection consists of an incomplete set of copies of city council meeting minutes from Avalon, California for June 26, 1913-May 4, 1942; July 1924-1929 (except Nov. 18 & 25, 1929), and 1934-1941 are missing. The file of the minutes belonged to the city attorney for Avalon, Frederick Baker, and contains notes addressed to him and a few holograph corrections of the minutes.
